Make My Trip — Bad service / wrong information

Please dod not use Make My Trip (MMT) for bookings. Especially bus bookings. They sell tickets with wrong information. The pickup & drop information is not accurate and they do change bus timings and sometimes buses as well. They do inform you about timing changes but not the details. on asking the same, they will not provide any information. To MMT,

I have received a response from your team which basically says... 'you can't do much, that's how it is.'

This is specifically the reason, you are not good enough to provide service.
