In reference to your complaint and as per our discussion, please be advised that we have validated your case with our concerned department and found that an amount of Inr 3782/- was charged twice from customer’s account against the same booking id. Now, today we have initiated the refund in customer’s Yes Bank account. The same should reflect in customer’s account within 3-5 working days depending upon your bank processing cycle.
