Dear sir/madam.
I am pankaj sinha, a loyal customer of makemytrip since 4years.
This time i am facing a problem of the refund, as i have paid 80000/-extra amount to mmt, because since last moment some deposited cq was not cleared of my group of 15 person for thailand trip on 29th june to 3rd of july. Ms vandana from pune mmt has called me and said that you can pay the final amount and take the vouchers for journey, and if cqs cleared then will refund back at earliest.
I am contacting the pune team including madhur, allwyn, vandana but my work of refund is not happening since 10 days or more.
Moreover while going through the pass book and icici bank, it is clear that our cq was cleared before our journey but the account dept has not informed to pune mmt team, now after clearance and my proof of clearance by passbook and transaction id shows that payment are in the mmt.. Transaction id — s25189695
Hence my request to you that pl revert back and settle my account.
