[Resolved] Make My Trip — No refund against cancellation

Respected Sir,

My booking id is NF[protected].I have book a flight ticket online and i paid the money.After dat i want to change the flight date to next month. then i contact the toll free no.an officer told me that the money is not refundable...am very much disappointed.I dont know the reason for this. Kindly solve this problem
asap...and refund my amount.its a refundable ticket and they refuse to refund..
