I have made refund request to my bank ( the original payment mode) on last 01 Feb 2021 from my make my trip wallet. As given dead line 08 Feb 2021 is over till my amount is not crediited in my account. As I spoken to customer service of make my trip, they tell refund can not be initiated in original pay method (Amazon Pay) as it has been more than 6 months. However MMT Apps shows that refund has been processed in Amazon pay method. I again called customer support and they tell refund will be credited in your bank account and share your detls and i share the requisite detls accordingly. However, despite lapse of several days my refund not credited in my bank statement. In this all screenshot is attached for your information and necessary action please.
