[Resolved] Make My Trp — Refund against cancellation

I have been following up on refund against following cancellations :- Id - nf[protected] for travel dt 5/6/16 Id-nn[protected] for travel dt 22/5/16 For last so many weeks, mails are exchanged with assurance that refund would be processed shortly as all formalities had been completed but no credit to my bank account has been done till now. We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding refund.
As we have checked and found that refund of INR 5, 033/- has been processed on 12th Jun16 with rrn number#[protected].
For Booking Id: NN[protected] refund of INR 10, 938/- has been processed on 09thMay16 with rrn number#[protected].

Hence we request you to check with your respective bank for the same and if still has not received the refund, then we request you to share the bank statement with us from the date of transaction to till now.
