Deficiency in Service & Compensation Demand

wrong product delivered, refund required.

This is a 100% fraud company which sells duplicates, look alike products and also cheats people by sending wrong products of cheaper price against ordered ones by giving flashy offers.. Basically into online fraud.

I ordered a jbl bluetooth speaker, paid online rs.1439 with order id : bc [protected] on 5th march 2020. On 11th march the item was delivered via bluedart with awb # [protected]. But what i received was an unbranded...

The company is a fraud as no responses to customer complaints and also website has been disabled.
Fake products sold be misleading ads. Even customer care is non responsive and all complaints filled till date show unresolved.
Will be filing a police case and a case in consumer court if not resolved in 3 days
Please get the staff to stop cheating people....

Samsung 25000 mah power bank not working

I have ordered for samsung power bank 25000mah with iphone dock combo and have eventually received the consignment yesterday. After a full charge of the power bank i tried charging my iphone with the power bank, i am in disbelief to know that the power bank could increase my iphone battery by 6% before completely dying. I am thoroughly disappointed with this product and hence request for a refund....

Samsung 25000mah power bank & bluetooth for return and refund my money...

The power bank that u send me is't work properly, i keep these power bank on charging for 3 an half hour but it not charge my redmi mi not 3 mobile phone which have 4000 mh battery capacity, i try it on my other handsets also but it not charge those mobile phone aslo, when i connect a mobile with the power bank that u send u it just shows that mobile is getting charge but mobile is not get charge.

And if i tell u about ur bluetooth...
