Surprise to know, that even after raising a complaint request and multiple discussions with multiple executives, the issue/concerns was never resolved. Above all, Mumba Airport drop from Pune was never managed despite regular mails and calls. On the very last day i called atleat 3-4 times and at the last cut-off time (18:35) of my travel to airport, I was told to manage the transport/cab on my own. This was very bad, frustrating and disappointing experience I and may family had to face. My family was completely shattered and feared as it was an international trip and how makemytrip left us nowhere kind of situtations. I had written multiple mails and calls to your executives.
