Make my Trip team,
i have called your customer care 8 times untill now and wasted many hours just in requesting them to reissue my new E-Ticket(with modified travel date). Your team just gave me time (6 Hrs, 3 Hrs...) and just want to some how get away from customer. I urgently need my new E-Ticket to get my management approval but its pathetic from Make my trip that you have taken all PAYMENTS but you are not issuing the new E-ticket.
This is the worst customer service i have ever seen in Indian Industry. This is my last time to book any flight from your company and i will also spread this message to my office colleagues/ friends to not book any ticket from Make my trip.
I again request Make my trip team & Management to take this issue seriously and issue my new ticket urgently.
