Subject: MakeMyTrip Denied the Cancellation/Amendment of International Hotel booking done accidentally due to website error of taking dates from previous booking.
I am really very disappointed with MakeMyTrip's support that they had provided me till date. I had told clearly and requested many times that the booking was done accidentally due to website error in taking dates from previous booking data.
First I had done hotel booking for the dates (25th-28th Dec 2015) in 'The Mercer boutique hotel, Hong Kong' with booking ID: NH[protected], then I had booked another hotel 'Dorsett Kwun Tong, Hong Kong' for the dates (30th-1st Jan 2016) but for second time, one room was booked using previous dates i.e. 25-28th instead of 30-1stJan, booking ID: NH[protected]. I have requested many times to either cancel this booking or else amend this for the later dates. But MakeMyTrip entirely denied in cancelling or amending the booking saying hotel policy of non-cancellable/refundable. Booking was made for the amount Rs 17, 893 /-. Please help me in getting my hard core earned money from MakeMyTrip travel agency. Was this information helpful? |

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned team and with Hotel and found that booking was made under no-refundable fare and in case of any cancellation no refund is possible on the same. Hotel also has denied for any waiver in cancellation amount. We regret to inform that refund on this booking would not be possible from our end. We thank you for contacting us.
