Hi team,
After numerous mails and phone calls, i have reached to a conclusion that i will be lodging a complaint against Make my trip on the consumer forum and will go viral about marketing the fact that i have been robbed by the company, i have always used Make my trip as my bookings for travelling around, also to add i am an employee at American Express and people here only use Make my trip, However in the recent past i have heard that the company's system is always making errors online, a similar incident happened with me earlier where Make my trip had cancelled my booking automatically, and now an incorrect booking has been done. Kindly assist me here with an appropriate solution.
