I am roshan o b had booked two train tickets on makemytrip.com, which was not successful but an amount of RS 2022.53 was deducted from my account on 17 march 2016 but till date no refund had taken place .my booking id is NR[protected] .i hereby request to provide refund of the amount

An amount of Inr 2022.53/- was charged but the booking did not get confirm. Please be advised that on the same day of transaction i.e. on 17-Mar-16 full refund of Inr 2022.53 has been initiated from our end with refund reference number#[protected]. The same should now be reflecting in your account. If in case refund is still not reflecting in your bank account, we request you to please share your bank statement since 17-Mar-16 to till date so that we can get this validated with your bank.
