I booked a ticket for 2 on 29th Dec 2014 for 1st April 2015 (Amount - 4880). On 21st Jan 2015 i got a mail from makemytrip.com telling me that the airline has cancelled the flight, also i have to do the cancellation myself . So when i tried to do the cancellation i noticed that makemytip would deduct an amount of 350 rs from the refund amount as convenience charges . I sent a mail to makemytrip.com telling that i will not do the cancellation as it will cost me 350 rs loss and also the cancellation of the flight is not due to my fault . They cancelled the tickets on 25th Jan 2015 with full refund of 4880 rs . Also they told that expected refund date is 30 Jan 2015 . Till date i have not received the refund . I have attached the necessary proofs . I have no idea what to do . I tried calling the customer care . They told me that they cannot give a resolution as their systems are down . But they were able to get my tickets details from the system . This is FRAUD . I will never do any booking through Makemytrip.com .
