[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Waiting for refund from long time and not yet received

Hello Team,
We had booked a Flight ticket through Makemytrip.com but had to go for cancellation due to incorrect details. They assured us that we will get the refund within 15 days which is a quite long time but we waited to follow the standard process. It is going to be 2 months now and we did not get any refund from them. We called them sever time and wrote many emails to resolve this issue and provide the refund to us ASAP. They keep on saying wait for a week or 4-5 days we will provide the refund to you. Also they started giving reason that the problem is there from bank side. I did check with bank but they said we did not get any refund request from makemytrip.com. This is not the one time we tried to follow up with them several times but as of now no proper solution has been provide by the company. This is a very much frustrating support and service I have ever received in my life and I would never go for any further relation with them and also never ever suggest anyone to go with them. I would request if possible please take a strict action on this company. Thanks!

I got the refund after lot of struggle, it toll almost more than 45 days for refund. Thanks to Consumer complaints team for helping me on this.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Rahulsoni24 They still asked us to wait till this month end and this is going to be a very long for us, they are not checking this issue on priority basis, just playing with customer money.
