[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Amount Debited from Bank Account But tickets not booked

Sir,
My uncle tried booking the tickets from Make My trip App and the amount has been debited from the bank account and also the same has been confirmed from the bank statement and people that the same has been credited to Make My trip account. My uncle is not sure which phone number has been used at the time of booking.
Now MMT people are saying they are unable to track the transaction. Please note that the transaction date is 18th August 2016. amount is 31000 which is shown in the bank statement.
