I had asked the make my trip to suggest me some plan for the weekend of 13th and 14th feb as that is my anniversary apart from it being valentine day. I was assigned a booking executive paromita who promised to give me a good deal but after submission of first quote i told her to explain more options. Today being 12th Feb i have not got any response inspite of escalating on their website multiple times.. They have ruined entire plan because I was sure that they would be able to suggest something good, however i was wrong and this has given me a mental agony of facing my spouse that i have not been able to plan anything.
