I had booked a flight for travel to kerala through make my trip but i have not received the cashback yet i had lodged my complaint thru watsapp as well but couldn't get it resolved. Tgey had told me to write to the customer care
The last four digit of my booking id is 4488
Please do the needful at the earliest
It was wrotten that within 30 days i will receive the cashback but it wasn't received
Pleae see

The possible request either will not be examined or will be denied.
