MakeMyTrip India — Didn't get my refund of my flight cancellations

Sir i booked flights tickets from delhi to goa updown but makemytrip cancelled tickets without providing me any satifactory reason and didnt give me full refund ... My txn id is NF[protected] In above txn id still 1190 is not refunded to me in my paytm wallet And txn id - NF[protected] In above txn id i paid 1040 via my paytm wallet which is also not refunded to me till now so i request u to plz help me in getting my paytm balance refunded in both the txns
