[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Free cancellation of hotel mentioned on website but refund given as zero

I have done a hotel booking on your Makemy trip website on 29th March. Hotel name is Best Western Patong Beach.

On the website, it is clearly mentioned that the booking is refundable till 21st April but when I am tryingto cancel the booking, the refund amount is showing as Zero.

I have tried calling the customer care multiple times, but they are telling me that this is non refundable booking. Even today, the website is showing free cancellation, I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

When I told them, I will go to court against this fraud, they had no fear in answering that you can go ahead and file a case
