Please note that as we have investigated the issue, please note that as per terms and conditions, once the cashback amount credited in your account and then if you cancel any booking, then refund is always get processed after deduction of airline penalties and after the deduction of cash back amount, but as you are a valuable customer to us. we are initiating the refund for INR 1200/- .
Hence we request you to acknowledge my mail, so that I can process the refund in your original form of payment.
