[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Highly disappointed!!! Refund not processed for past 2 years

Refund not processed - each time, customer service representative closes the request saying that it will be refunded in 7 days.

I just don't understand why MMT is deducting any convenience/processing charges, when you don't even provide any service, instead looting customer's money by not refunding anything.

Never ever going to use the useless website again!
