In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case at our end and found that on 20-Feb-16 n amount of Inr 3920/- was debited from your account but the booking did not get confirmed. Please be advised that we have initiated the refund of Inr 3654/- today with refund reference number# [protected] the same should reflect in your account within 2-3 working days depending upon your bank processing cycle. And balance refund of Inr 270/- will be initiated by tomorrow.
