[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — I was not given the private airport transfer for thailand tour which i was charged for

Hi Booked a vacation/holiday with MakeMyTrip for Thailand. I was charged extra for asking private airport transfers and i was given shared transfer everywhere. I have tried contacting company 20 times in phone, written 30 emails and opened 8 complaint tickets. They have not taken any action. The customer care executive say they can see the issue but they dont have any idea why money is not getting refunded. I have been following up since 6 months.. they always promise for refund in 24 hrs.. but nothing happens. Booking ID is below I have shared a screen shot of all the complaint ticket reference ID. Trip was for 12th May to 18 May 2015 BOOKING ID was: booking id is IN1504B0S116501 Complaint list: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] list is long Holiday in Thailand Destination: Phuket, Krabi Departure: New Delhi Duration: 05 nights and 06 Days Date of Travel: 12th May 2015 Family details : 02 adult FLIGHT DETAILS • TG 316 12 MAY DEL BKK 2130 0525 • TG 201 13 MAY BKK HKT 0745 0910 • TG 252 18 MAY KBV BKK 1510 1630 • TG 315 18 MAY BKK DEL 1755 2055 HOTEL DETAILS • Phuket : Sea Sun Sand Resort & Spa (Deluxe Sea View Room) • Krabi : Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach (Premier Garden View Room) Total Cost of the package per adult for Option 1 would be : 56, 000 /- ( inclusive of all taxes) Above quotation is subject to availability of seats at the time of Booking. Service Tax) Tour cost does not include: • Early check-in & late check-out • Any drinks & personal expenses i.e. Phone Call, Laundry, Mini Bar, Room Services etc… • Other not mentioned • Tip to local guide, ground porter and hotel porter. • All beverages at hotels, restaurants must be pay direct by client on consumption. • OPTIONAL TOUR Cancellation Policy: • 21+ days: 10, 000 Per Person • 20 – 11 days: 50% of the total cost • 10 – 0 days: 100% of the total cost • Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package • Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non refundable (Travel Insurance Charges: Rs. 1000 per person) Booking Conditions: • A non – refundable deposit of Rs 10, 000 per person to initiate a booking. • 20 days prior : 50% of the total cost • 10 days prior : 100% of the total cost • Photocopies of the passport (First & Address Page copy is mandatory for all destinations) Payment Policy: • Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure from India Modes of Payment: • Cheque /Online Transfer/Cash/Draft or Credit Card Conditions · In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra. · The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. · Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees. · Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 12noon.
