Ref. Booking id in1606b3s848717, please find below the chain of events:
1. Package to leh booked through mmt executive sushank sharma and advance payment made. Post payment of advance, we found that the package had a total lesser than what was shared as the room was on triple sharing basis. We ran from pillar to post to resolve this small issue. Sushank sharma appointed his deputies and seniors to pacify us and then after much deliberation it was changed to two rooms, one on single sharing and other on double sharing with revised total.
2. Full payment was made by us as soon as we got the revised payment link. Please note all this time we were promised a decent hotel by the name of ladakh himalayan retreat.
4. Three days before the departure date, we get no information on our tickets and zero communication from mmt team.
5. Two days before departure i. E. Yesterday, i call up and then again after much deliberation, we received our travel details but this time the hotel was changed to a lousy b&b/inn by the name of wisdom retreat.
I have personally talked to sushank sharma today and have given an ultimatum to him that either we should be refunded the full amount paid to mmt and nothing more because the fault is of mmt which hired ridiculously stupid and lousy fellows like mr sharma and led to this situation or
We will be very happy to atleast get the hotel stay in which it was earlier promised.
Please treat this as a very humble request else i will be forced to approach the law to bring justice to our case. Let me know the solution asap.
Also, i tried twice to lodge a complaint at mmt website but i got a sorry as usual from mmt then also. I now sincerely believe mmt should replace their brand tagline as just sorry for the inconvenience.
Also, everything is recorded in emails so no worries about that.
