I purchased two gift cards from MMT on 16th Feb 2023 and when I tried to use it for a booking a flight ticket it is showing available gift card balance is zero.
I sent my issue to MakeMyTrip support email which are mentioned in their website https://www.makemytrip.com/gift-cards/
[protected]@giftbig.com and [protected]@makemytrip.com on 29th April 2023 and 16th May 2023 respectively, I didn't received any response from those emails.
I tried calling to their customer care numbers on 22nd May 2023 (+91) [protected] which is not reachable and other number 0124–4628747 doesn't have a option for Gift card issue. After multiple attempts I was able to connect with a customer care executive and explained my issue. She assured me that I will receive a callback from the gift card team within 2 hours on the same day. Ticket ID:[protected]
I didn't received any update and the ticket got closed on 25th May 2023 without any callback from MMT customer care team.
Requesting the MMT team to resolve the issue so that I can utilize the gift cards on their website.
