I was trying to book flights from ixc to bom through make my trip (Website) but because of the glitch in your system the itinerary was booked from bom to ixc. I contacted customer service and they asked me to contact the airlines directly but airlines were not able to help me and asked to contact make my trip again to revert the changes. I am just going in loops and not getting any result. This is insane. Until my payment page, i see that it was all fine with flight details and how the hell did the flight get changed like that!!!
Please save your reputation, i had been a frequent user of makemytrip for sometime and i have some regard for your site.
This kind of service is not expected from a company like make my trip.
Don't charge my money for your website issues!!!
Please refund my money or book me another itinerary

In reference to your complaint, we have validated the issue with our technical team to understand if there was any site issue at the time of booking. As we have logs for every booking made on the website the same has been validated and found that the same sector and same date is booked which was selected by the user at the time of booking.
