MakeMyTrip India — Need my cancellation amount back

I booked a ticket from bangalore to delhi.and end system booked it for Delhi to bangalore.not my mistake.. I have already raised a complaint[protected] regarding this. But they people are not agreeing on this.
this is not the first time when I am booking the tickets with make my trip I never faced any problem in past.. If you can check my account. when I m saying that I booked for bangalore to delhi only.. Why you people are not agreeing on that.. If you actually value your business with us. You will definitely resolve this issue.. Hope you people will do the needful and refund my amount.

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our technical team and and as per their revert, customer has made this booking for Delhi to Bengaluru only. We have technical booking logs available for all the online booking transactions which authenticate the fact that booking is made for Delhi to Bengaluru only. So, this is not a fault from our end and refund of Inr 1509/- has been processed from our end with applicable cancellation charges. We thank you for contacting us.
