Booked two air tickets through make my trip.Passengers : Damodar Biswal & Prativa Kalyani Biswal.
Booking ID NF[protected].
Date of travel:[protected] Bhubaneswar to Delhi GO AIR G-8 162
[protected] Delhi to Bhubaneswar GO AIR G-8 163
Due to unavoidable reason Delhi to Bhubaneswar return journey ticket was cancelled on 1st of Nov.2015 n a message to that effect was received from make my trip.The message promised to make the refund within 5 days.
Though the return ticket of 7th Nov. was cancelled, we availed the air services for the onward journey on 2nd of Nov.2015.
Written several letters to make my trip customer care.Yet to receive refund.Kindly take up the case.

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned department and found that, passenger had cancelled his return flight booking from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar on 1-Dec-15 and refund was pending from our end due to Automation error. Now, please be advised that refund of Inr 3480/- has been initiated from our end on 19-Dec-15 with Refund reference number#[protected] and same should now be reflecting in your account. If in case refund is still not reflecting in your account we request you to provide your bank statement since 1-Dec-15 to till date so that we can get this checked with your bank and take this to closure on priority.
