MakeMyTrip India — Non refund of train ticket booked (automatically cancelled due to waiting)

I booked a waiting train ticket from makemytrip.com & it was in wait list till my journey & get auto cancellation msg from IRCTC that refund amount has been sent to your bank. I also check refund status on irctc.
I had wait till 15 days and then I generated a refund complaint ticket on 02/12/2015 but no refund till date despite several reminders.
