MakeMyTrip India — Not Using Terms of Website

I was booking flight amount of 18000 but there is terms and conditions that i can use 10% of my MAKEMYTrip Wallet amount but i have not using it . I called 3, 4 times continuously and they did not reply even mail. I checked the all terms of website. They said like they will arrange call for me in next 24 or 48 hours but after one week there is no response and i want to book flight.

I know the terms and conditons according to your conditons You gave 10% of flight bookings check your website where you mentioned it . I have already attached the snapshot of it. But why still not using 10% . I have booking of 18000 and only 1500 of bonus amount will used. Why ?
