Iam posting this complaint after failed to get response from the make my trip earlier posted in make my trip complaint box also with escalation not going to higher level
The trip to kerala was on dec 2015, had earlier waiting for response from make my trip & with no response from them. Recently came to know about the consumer complaint so posting my complaint now.
I am completely unsatisfied & been cheated by hotels & make my trip team.
Following are the details
1) West wood hotel
I was booked for room category of executive Riverview room but given a deluxe room by the hotel people, I was completely unaware of the fact that room given was not as per the bookings made till the checkout time, on finding out & asking the hotel team replied it was a mistake can’t do anything. This is completely nonsense
2) Camel Back Plantation Bungalow ( 3 star Hotel as per booking voucher)
First of all this not a hotel this is a home stay, we had requested to book hotels not home stay & I do not know on what basis you have given it a 3 star hotel. Our room was located in ground floor attached to the hall no privacy for the room & it is 10 km away from the town with no proper facilities of food or transportation, they not preparing night dinner also. Tv remote not working they replaced with very small with few channels, No power supply during night, no hot water inside the washroom they provided hot water in buckets & cockroaches running inside room. Even after calling to make my trip their response was can't do anything.
Make My Trip Kindly organise to refund the amount for the stay in these hotels on immediate basis. Was this information helpful? |
