First contacted jetairways and they asked to get in touch with makemytrip for "assistance".
The assistance that i received is as follows:
Got in touch with makemy trip after half an hour of booking the ticket and spoke to tarun bhardwaj. He hardly had any time to assist and happened to ask me to get in touch with jetairways
Was unhappy with the response and hence got in touch with makemytrip again. Now this time spoke to aman, who again transferred the call to saurabh dixit. The call went on for 45 minutes, when they finally were able to put a conference call with someone from jetairways
Now someone called sarabjit was from jetairways end who was extremely rude and it seemed to me like they have done a favor to me by allowing me to book a ticket.
End result - zero.
They think that we, customers, are nothing but money-making machines

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned department and found that booking was made for wrong dates and according to the booking logs provided by our technical team, it was not a website error. Also, unfortunately the ticket was non-changeable. Now, as checked customer has opted for cancellation of booking and a refund of Inr 3948/- has been processed accordingly from our end on 14-Jun-16.
