MakeMyTrip India — Problem with the bus and the refund have not been issued

I have booked my bus travel from Goa to Bangalore with ticketID NU[protected]. My bus got breakdown even before crossing Goa. I have registered complaint but i have not got any refund. My fellow passengers have got the same.
