MakeMyTrip India — Refund my ticket money with immediately effective

Hello Dear All,

This is my personal opinion and anger about what happened to me. This is to inform you that, I booked online from the Makemytrip website 2 tickets AC sleeper bus from Rudrapur to Delhi on[protected] In the Booked confirmed Ticket Number was S-10 & S-9 (R S YADAV SMART BUS PRIVATE LIMITED. PNR No.[protected] which Boarding time was 10:20 PM from Indra Chauwk Police Chauki LandMark: Near the bus stand.

But unfortunately neither the bus came on time nor did I get a phone call to change the bus time and bus. By 10:20 PM, I had reached the boarding address with my family in that unknown city. When the bus didn't reach there I called MakeMyTrip customer care a lot but your shoddy and helpless department was ignoring my calls. Then I immediately called the bus operator “R S YADAV SMART BUS PRIVATE LIMITED” but they also kept me confused. At first, he didn't pick up the phone and after picking it up he put it on hold several times. After trying a lot, when I talked to the bus driver, he told me that my bus has been canceled and I will have to board another bus which will come from Tanakpur and whose boarding time is 12:00 AM at midnight approx.

You and your bus operator have cheated me. You changed my bus without telling me and also changed its time. I was doing very insecure innocence with my family at that unknown place (where drunkards and thieves were roaming). If anything happens to me and my family at that unknown place then who would be responsible for it?

After that when I caught the bus after 11:48 PM, there was no facility/ amenities available in the AC sleeper sheet which was provided to me. No water bottle, No Blankets, No Charging Points, No Deep Cleaned Bus, No Bed Sheet, No Tour Guide, and No Pillow given to me by your bus operator And even you had taken the charges of all these facilities from me in the ticket price.

Thank you very much for this poor and useless service.

The tragedy that you have done with me, now I will take you to the consumer court for this if you return my ticket money (Rs. 1677.20/-) without any interruption. I am confident that you will return my money and think about maintaining your good relations at such a time.

Also, I have lodged an online complaint against this issue on the MakeMyTrip website for the lack of service and assistance, and harassment I did not get. The Request ID No is[protected].
