Please find below the chain of conversation (One_sided) that i had with mmt thinking someone would reply
-we have been to manali for our honeymoon and this is the room you guys have provided us with even after specifically asking for 3 star category hotels. Pfb images of the hotel room attached. After speaking to you guys continuously for three hour in freezing temperatures, we went ahead and booked other hotel for our stay in manali. And after 5 days we received a call from supervisor- sudeep kumar and we have had a chat with him regarding refund of our stay. He said to mail all bills and images so that he will look into the matter and do the needful. And the same was shared at [email][protected]@makemytrip.com[/email] from the mail id mentioned above. My demand for refund is 12 thousand i.E. 9000 for the hotel charges and rest 3000 for honeymoon inclusions. We also tried to attach the same below ( both hotel pics and refund bills) but i guess it only attaches one file. Request you as well to look into the matter and make the refund at the earliest possible. In case any further clarification is required regarding bills and stay in manali, you can directly contact the hotel guys on the telephone numbers mentioned in the below attached bills. Many thanks

And after this, it was all one sided conversation which was really frustrating pfb
-could you please let us know what is the status on the refund? Its been long time since we got any update from you guys on this. All we get to know from you is that some department is working on it. And as per your previous mails, we have even written to the mail id mentioned by you ([protected]@makemytrip.com), but we didnt get any response on that so far. Please let us know by when can we hear from you and if not we will atleast take this matter to social media and consumer court as we have all the evidence needed. (Recorded phone conversations, hotel pics, bills etc..). Numer of times customer has tried:10
-this is heights! Boss what kind of service do you guys provide to your customers? Seriously this was not at all expected from mmt. I dont think even these escalations are doing any good on our part. All i do is i escalate the matter and it stays in that list for few days and the most annoying part is that they move it to resolved category. Awesome. Do you guys at least care for your customers or you speak to them till your job is done and let them go to hell? Could you please let us know what is the status on the refund?
