Paid from sbi with debit card on 02nd feb 2016 from changodar ahmadabad
The tickets were not available so they assured me the payment will be deposited back in my account with in 08 days but all corresponds in vain

Sir,
Please note that on 02nd feb 2016 my amount of rs 3039.34 was
Deducted for no reason and promised to return in eight days
But till date no action
In case it is not returned in next three days
1) i am going to make apolice complaint
2) will lodge the complaint in consumer court
3) will publish in news paper also
So to avoid such things please see that the money refunded
Hope we will continue with a better relationship
Please convey the mail to proper authorities

and as soon as i make the complaint they contact me & cheat me for few thousands rs by asking otp which was my mistakes but unfortunately i was in trap & losses the money
of both from my & my wifes card also
any way please beware of such who make the frauds & allow to do the same
i am sure the complaint mail was available to employee only who are making money out of it
