कलकत्ता से बैंकाक की स्पाइस जेट की बुकिंग के दौरान असुविधा होने पर मदद के लिए आप के कस्टमर केयर से सम्पर्क किया गया उसमे बैगेज नहीं सो कर रहा था जब आप के कर्मचारी सोनम से बात हुई तो उन्होंने बैगेज देने की बात कही उसके बाद उन्होंने एक लिंक मेल पे भेजी उस लिंक में भुकतान करना था जो कर दिया गया बुकिंग होने के बाद भी बैगेज नहीं दिया गया । PNR- RD74GK
