Now the point is of not refund but the Intention and the Policy of the organisation.
They are sophisticated robbers, i am truly amazed by their behaviour any kind of insult they take it with pinch of salt.
Media would be the best way to teach them a lesson.
Lets look at putting it in Media i am ready for teaching them a lesson.
My aim is now not to get refund but screw their atleast 50 to 100 customers business...
Now the point is of not refund but the Intention and the Policy of the organisation.

We have got the confirmation from our team that the amount was charged twice so refund of overcharged amount of Inr 8371/- has also been processed from our end on 17-Jan-15 with refund reference number#[protected].
