[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — we won the knock knock offer but not getting response from make my trip

We won the istanbul flight tickets for 80000 on 7th april 19, and send all the information on a link send by sms but unfortunately no one called till today.

I am a corporate member of mmt with relationship representative but in spite
Of followup we have not received any confirmation and we hv planned to go on 18/19 th may and got the visa but now fills cheated!

Is it a joke? Due to this mmt will loose its brand value and customer like us.
