I had made a search on Sulekha.com with respect to my Microoven repair. Taking my contact number [protected], Mr. Malay Nandi with Mobile No. [protected] / [protected] contacted me for microoven repair. He took Rs. 1200/- towards service cost providing no receipt to me and also the touch panel of my National Panasonic Micro-oven on 19th August 2020 and till now not returned the same after repair and promised repair within a day. On being contacted, he is taking false pretexts every now and then neither returning the money and the parts taken. This is now going on for a month and hence I am forced to lodge a complaint.
