Malharee Saree — Wrong Product received

I will highlight, "Malharee Saree company will be considered under fraudulent list and will be penalised for sure".
In case they want to avoid consequences of whatever they have done so far, they should immediately consider whatever I am writing below and do the required things. It's not a request. It's a Straight forward warning to avoid repercussions.
Now let's come to the fraud they have done:
I have purchased a black and red border saree from Malharee Saree website. Order number is 28678. Invoice date is 16 June, 2023. Payment option was COD and paid ₹1300/- to the delivery person. Delivered this parcel by Blue Dart. When I opened it, it is completely different saree with low quality. I tried calling them for the exchange but no response yet received. No confirmation from "Malharee Saree". I have understood it as a fraud and surely take actions on it.
