I had hired AC from Malik aircon service, WZ 166, shadipur mandir wali galli new delhi 110008, mob no [protected] [protected]. for a season from april 2022 with full payment done in advance, but Ac wasn't working properly we complained multiple times, even after their servicing it is not working properly,
today he removed AC on prior promise of replacement with new AC but now he is denying to install new AC as replacement for the remaining unexpired period and asking us to sleep without AC and he will not install new AC. we are students living in flat at old rajendra nagar new delhi 110060, and having exams in upcoming days so we request him to install AC, still he is not bothering it, he even demanding extra money, i am attaching photo of AC clicked at 3 am when ac was not working even when it is kept at 18 "C temp
