I want justice in my issue.
Tata motors bowenpally has promised me to provide extended warranty, amc, corporate discount and seat covers and after delivery of car they started telling they haven’t promised any thing and they don’t even answer the calls and they have delivered used car with mud and dust inside and they demanded for delivery charges for home delivery. Neither executive durga responds nor team lead sai kumar from bowenpally. I do work in service industry and i don’t delivery this kind of service to people and they don’t care to respond. Moreover they have collected rs4000 extra with out informing me.
