Man Opus project located at Mira Road, builder promised to deliver dream project in year 2015, its 2 years delayed and still no hope to get possession in coming years. The work completely stopped after collecting 95% payment of the flat value from more than 600 buyers, Lot of buyers have taken loans and paying heavy rent on monthly basis due to this delay.
The construction quality is very poor, no promised amenities visible in entire project like Swimming pool, Gym, Temple, Jogging area etc. Even The car park promised is not for individual its something like sharing called "stack parking", Promised for 4 lifts each 21 floor building but now seems they will install 3 in each building.
The builder is just giving false commitment and no concrete plan to deliver the project to help buyers from suffering financial losses.
Man Realty is having lot of other on going projects in Mumbai and other cities, they are promising the same to all buyers, i request prospect buyers to visit 1 time Man Opus project at Mira Road and get the details abt this project prior you pay any money to this builder.
I request the INDIAN govt., RERA officials, or any authorized department to take necessary action against Man Realty Mumbai for such FRAUD.
