Sir/Madam,
I Nandlal Patel From Mumbai had taken bike on EMi from December 2019 To October 2021 .and I have Cleared all my due on 19/11/2021 in Manaba ofiice Mulund but due some thiere issue they had not update some payment that i had made via upi and they also cut EMI on month of November 2021 which is one one month more than tenure period .i asked them they match theire statement with mine they found they had update payment for the month of February 2021 and it was mistake by them they told me to they will Refund within 15 days .But now they are telling another problem,
i have taken colure letter and i have mailed so many times thiere responce is under process but no refund found till now. i attaching all details shared vai mail to manab finanace related this matter
