Mandap Matrimony. Com — Refund not initiated

This is a marriage bureau and they misled me by showing eligible profiles earlier. Then a girl named Pooja promised that they would help arrange my marriage within 1 month. I paid them Rs 5000 on 14 Mar 2022 in the name of paid membership which I got no receipt of from these people. Since the payment, the staff has been nothing but negligent and have not been answering my messages and calls. A simple Google search now informs me that they have done this to hundreds of people earlier.

I also managed to ask SBI to pull an account statement for last 3 months which I am also attaching. All deposit transactions have been made through UPI and withdrawal is being done by POOJA G Since these guys are not responding to my calls and messages, kindly arrange to process my refund from them. I shall be more cautious in doing digital transactions specifically with marriage bureaus in future

I have also raised the issue with National Consumer Helpline and the docket is still in progress, yet the company continues to make false claims and pretend as if they have done nothing wrong
