Maneck Tourist Home — Extra service tax without proper bill

Hi, I went ooty on 29th December 2013 with my family. I booked hotel room in 2100 Rs but after reaching hotel, hotel gave charge bill of 2100 + 370 (17.65 %)service tax = 2470 Rs with out proper bill. I just want to know that that this hotel is charging this service tax extra or they are paying this service tax to government. Please do something on these hotel owner, they are cheating customers and government on name of service tax. Please find attached bill. Thanks & Regards, Amit Garg
