This is Mohd Suhail (Vehicle no: HR26EP4099).
I visit Manesar from Gurgaon on daily basis (working in Manesar).
I have taken Manesar Toll Plaza monthly Pass (Rs 875/Month).
Since 9th Aug’22, I am receiving Rs 90 deduction whenever passing the Manesar Toll plaza. Screen shot is attached at Flag-1
My wallet balance has reduced to zero (all amount deducted).
When I checked with Manesar Toll Plaza authority, they found that trip has been deducted from monthly pass also.
I request you to please investigate the matter stop the extra Rs 90 deduction on per trip. Please refund the Rs270 (3 X90= 270) deducted till writing this mail.
