Dear sir,
We need to bring into your notice that for account id[protected], rr no keh17984, we have received bill of 3/11/2019 rs 2757 rupees for 2 months. Earlier we never crossed even 600 rupees. Even we had received earlier bill of 17/6/2019 rs 1383 for the june month. We thought maybe we had used so much, so we paid. Now the bill rs 2757 which is been generated has included bill of rs 1383 which is paid earlier. So we approached mescom office in thirthahali telling that bill is been paid about this so she given statement that how many appliances we use based on that bill is generated. We cant change anything. I seriously dont understand this what type of taking money from customer.
This will be escalated to court directly if not taken immediate action, as we have every proof of wrong bill and your executive giving false information at office.
There are nearby houses who received rs 16000 & rs 70000, they dont have even fridge, washing machine, not proper rc house how they can be charged such a huge amount. Was this information helpful? |
