Maninagar Railway Station Parking Contractor — Charging more than actual for monthly parking

I am daily going to Nadiad from Ahmedabad for Job. I am using Maninagar Station to pick up train. where i was park my vehicle at Railway parking & taking monthly pass for parking. As per below information the 200 Rs. charge per month is there but from last 4-5 months, parking contractor is charging 250 from everyone. When i opposed to that he told me that go & park your vehicle at somewhere else. "Quotations For The Contract Of Cycle /Motorcycle /Scooter Parking Plot At Maninagar Railway Station (Platform No.01) In The Plot Measuring About 1092 Sq. Meters Purely On Temporary Basis. Following Parking Charges Are Applicable In This Contract:- Rs.08.00 Per Cycle/Motorcycle/Scooter Per 12 Hours Or Part Thereof. Rs.200.00 Per Cycle/Motorcycle /Scooter Per Month." Please help us.
